Six-Month Staff Leads

₹4,800 total, including GST, for 6 months

This is a lead-delivery commitment. It is not a guarantee of interviews, joining, retention or a successful hire.

What counts as a qualified lead, and what happens if we fall short

  • A qualified lead is a unique candidate who has consented to being shared with employers, was confirmed as actively seeking work within the preceding 30 days, matches the role and location criteria agreed with you, and has a contact number verified at the time of delivery.
  • No duplicate candidate counts twice toward the same employer's six-month allocation.
  • Before payment we confirm your city and state, the role categories you need and the candidate criteria, and we confirm that we can service that market.
  • Delivery runs over six consecutive monthly periods from activation. Any monthly shortfall is delivered within 15 calendar days after that period ends.
  • If a shortfall is still undelivered after that, we offer a proportionate refund for the missing leads at ₹40 per lead (₹4800 ÷ 120), with any applicable invoice adjustment — unless you choose an extension in writing.
  • A candidate later changing their mind does not by itself make an otherwise valid lead invalid. You may report duplicate, invalid, non-consenting or materially mismatched leads within seven days, and we replace them within seven working days.
  • These service commitments are a pre-launch draft and remain editable. Payments are disabled until supply for your market is confirmed.
Plan 4 — premium service

Specialised Hiring

₹10,000 per candidate

40% advance (₹4,000) and the remaining 60% (₹6,000) payable when the candidate actually joins.

Candidate search timeline: 10–20 calendar days after accepted requirements and advance payment

What we need in your brief

Business name and type, owner or contact person, mobile and WhatsApp, email, city and state, work location, role, headcount, salary range, minimum experience, skills, any lawful gender preference, duty hours, weekly off, benefits, accommodation and food, joining deadline and any special requirements.

Refund terms

  • Full refund of the ₹4,000 advance for an unfilled position if no candidate meeting your written brief and willing to interview is presented within 20 calendar days — unless you explicitly accept an extension. Approved claims are refunded in 7–10 working days.
  • If suitable, willing-to-interview candidates are presented on time and you cancel, change the brief or elect not to proceed, the advance is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
  • The remaining ₹6,000 is not due if nobody joins.
  • We do not promise guaranteed joining, retention or free replacement unless it is separately agreed in writing.

GST treatment for this service has not yet been confirmed by the business. It must be stated here before checkout can be enabled. Checkout stays disabled until it is stated.
