1. Truthful information
You confirm that the details you provide — your name, contact number, date of birth, city, experience, skills and uploads — are true and belong to you.
Suspected false information may lead to your profile being suspended after review. You will be told and may respond.
2. Age
You confirm that you are 18 or older. This is an adults-only recruitment service. Your date of birth is used only to confirm this and for authorised administration. It is never published.
3. Consent to sharing
You authorise SpaWell to process your details for recruitment and to share them with employers relevant to the roles you are seeking.
Marketing messages are separate and optional. You can withdraw either consent at any time by contacting support.
4. Photo and resume
A recent photo is compulsory for every application and resume submitted through this website (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB). A resume is optional (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB).
Your photo and resume are stored privately. They are never shown on the public website and are reachable only through short-lived authenticated links used by our team and the employers you have been shared with.
5. What SpaWell does not promise
SpaWell introduces you to businesses. It is not your employer and cannot guarantee an interview, a job offer, joining or continued employment.
Always confirm your salary, working hours, weekly off, accommodation and other terms directly with the employer in writing before joining.
Never pay a fee to any person claiming to guarantee you a job through SpaWell. Candidates are not charged placement fees. Report anything of the kind to us immediately.
