Responsibilities
- Run daily operations, rosters and shift handovers
- Track revenue, memberships and therapist productivity
- Handle guest escalations and maintain service standards
- Manage stock, vendors and monthly reporting to the owner
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a spa or salon team
- Comfortable with billing software and daily reporting
- Leadership and rostering ability
