Responsibilities
- Supervise the floor, allocate staff and monitor service timing
- Check grooming, hygiene and setup before each shift
- Support the manager with reporting and stock checks
- Train and correct junior staff on the floor
Requirements
- Prior floor supervision experience in a spa, salon or gym
- Ability to handle a team calmly during peak hours
- Basic reporting skills
