Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, calls and walk-in enquiries
- Handle billing, packages and membership records
- Coordinate therapist allocation with the floor supervisor
- Maintain a warm, tidy reception area
Requirements
- Clear phone and in-person communication
- Basic computer and billing software comfort
- Presentable and punctual
